I've found Chris to be very professional and direct during the negotiations, no game playing, and he is very knowledgable regarding the models. He is quick to respond to any questions via email, text, or phone and has also been helpful with helping me resolve a few minor issues with service after the purchase. On top of that he's just a truly nice guy. I highly recommend the dealership in general and Chris Valerio in specific if you are interested in purchasing a Lexus.
