Don't trust this dealership!

CAUTION: Lexus of Tucson is deceptive! I had a signed agreement to purchase a beautiful used Lexus LS400 that had come in on trade, to save miles on my brand new Lexus IS500. Made the deal and put cash down while they replaced the cracked windshield, with the agreement that I’d pick up the car 3 days later. I called to pick the car up and was told it was going to auction because it had too much wrong with it. I knew what I was buying and never asked for, or expected a warranty on an old used car. And I offered to sign anything to show it was sold “as is” but they still went back on the deal. I can only guess they held the car back for one of their own employees since they would obviously get only a fraction at auction and I was paying double KBB value for it. Don’t trust this dealer! NOTE: Chris V. was good to work with...I think it was his management that back-tracked.

This was the best car purchase experience for both myself

This was the best car purchase experience for both myself and my husband. We were interested in purchasing a previously owned Lexus RX350. Kris Bowman, Sales Consultant, was very knowledgeable about the inventory and helped select the perfect car. Rick Morreale, Business Office Consultant, made the paperwork signing a breeze and did a great job explaining all of the warrantees. Last but not least James Vang, Technology Specialist, helped us connect our mobile phones and walked us through all the great features of this model. We would highly recommend going to this dealership - they are first class!

I worked with Christopher Andrews and it was such a pleasure! He is very personable and professional. I tried other Lexus dealers - but chose Tucson because of Christopher. (which meant that I had to drive 2 hours to pick up my beautiful new car!) It was well worth it! The tech guy Caleb was also great - he spent plenty of time with me to ascertain that I understood how to connect my phone and all things techi! Rick in finance was also helpful and a pleasure to work with!
