CAUTION: Lexus of Tucson is deceptive! I had a signed agreement to purchase a beautiful used Lexus LS400 that had come in on trade, to save miles on my brand new Lexus IS500. Made the deal and put cash down while they replaced the cracked windshield, with the agreement that I’d pick up the car 3 days later. I called to pick the car up and was told it was going to auction because it had too much wrong with it. I knew what I was buying and never asked for, or expected a warranty on an old used car. And I offered to sign anything to show it was sold “as is” but they still went back on the deal. I can only guess they held the car back for one of their own employees since they would obviously get only a fraction at auction and I was paying double KBB value for it. Don’t trust this dealer! NOTE: Chris V. was good to work with...I think it was his management that back-tracked.

As always they did a great job, George is very easy to work with and this is second car I have bought from him. Would recomend them to anyone looking to buy a car here.

This was the best car purchase experience for both myself and my husband. We were interested in purchasing a previously owned Lexus RX350. (which meant that I had to drive 2 hours to pick up my beautiful new car!) It was well worth it!
