I bought a 2012 Lexus ES which has been the car I have been wanting for quite some time. Great experience with this dealership as well as the saleswoman. Very professional, helpful, informative and friendly. Karleen made me and my husband feel very comfortable with her and hope to do business again. A few days after our purchase Karleen followed up with me to make sure I didn't have any questions and was enjoying my new vehicle. I was also given a beautiful bouquet of roses after I bought my car....very sweet...LOVED it!! :)

We have worked with Karleen Jones to purchase several Lexus automobiles during our ten years of winter residence in Tucson. We have also purchased from other Lexus dealers in CO and WA but must rank Karleen and this Tucson dealership as the best we have ever encountered. She does an excellent job of presenting her case with no pressure whatsoever. We also enjoy dealing with Bob Bush in this service department during our scheduled maintenance visits. He is always courteous, very efficient, and gets the work done in the promised time frame.

The Best
My experience with Lexus of Tucson has been the best. My wife and I both drive Lexus vehicles now, due to the quality of the vehicles and the outstanding service that they provide. Both of the Tucson Lexus dealerships are equally wonderful. We purchased used Lexus vehicles, yet they treated us just as if we were purchasing new vehicles.

Lynn Gray was the first and only Service Consultant that...
Lynn Gray was the first and only Service Consultant that I have dealt with in the three years of owning my vehicle. This was the first time that I meet and worked with Sean Hornaday. Sean took care of my needs and worked with me. This was in regards to a gift certificate that I received and did not cover the 20,000 service maintenance, to which I did not understand completely. Lynn has always been very helpful to me, in whatever circumstance it was. This was the first time with Sean. I did have to wait for someone in the service when I drove in. Then the person had to find who had taken my call and made an appointment with. I depend upon the quality of work that will be done or taken care and I have had no problem. The service that i have had, is the regular maintenance that is required maintenance to keep the vehicle in good running condition. Th battery was replaced. I was very thankful and appreciative for a new battery. My husband and I just drove over 3500 miles with no problems and got good gas mileage. I like my car and enjoy driving it.

I would really appreciate terminating the sending of the post cards after every service visit. If you really feel that the same questions need to be asked after every visit, you have my e-mail address, why don't we handle it this way. I would really like to drop the post card after every one of my visits.

George was professional, courteous, and managed to beat...
George was professional, courteous, and managed to beat the price of a used Lexus 350ES that I was getting ready to purchase. He took my deposit over the phone, was excellent about communicating about when the car would be ready. Upon arriving at the dealership he greeted me, went thru the buying process with me, introduced me to the financial and service people that I would be working with. He spent an incredible amount of time going over the car with me and even offered to come to my house to set up my garage door opener. I'm looking forward to my relationship with lexus because of him and his( Elite) Dealership, Lexus of Tucson at the Auto Mall.
