Lexus of Tucson - At The Automall

My wife and I have purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Ken Demski, General Sales Mangager and his staff over the years. What keeps us coming back is mainly the quality of vehicles. In addition to that, the ease of service and the use of a "loaner" while the car is being worked on makes it stress free. I have driven other "top end" vehicles and we will be coming back to Lexus of Tucson at the Auto Mall for our next purchase...the overall package is second to none.

Ken Demski and Lexus of Tucson at the Automall is a wonderful dealership. I have worked with General Sales Manager Ken Demski on the purchase/lease of at least 4 vehicles at Lexus of Tucson at the Auto mall and have referred many others. The reason I drive past three Lexus dealerships in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area with my business is due to fair pricing, great customer service during the transaction and personalized follow up after the sale.

Lexus of Tucson was very curtious and professional. The car was as just as the cars.com write up said. Car was cleaned and they even filled the gas tank. Best dealer I have ever encounterd.

This is my second lexus I buy from this dealership in Tucson Az @ Speedway location and once again the experience has been excellent in every aspect (sales,service ..), they make you feel you are part of the family and the car (GX 460) its the best!!

From the moment we walked in we were treated with respect. The gentlemen we worked with were very friendly and accomodating. We had a 2005 Cadillac D-Ville that I was hesitant to trade in but after driving the Lexus for a week I am please with the exchange. I was shocked when I received a dozen red roses when we purchased our Lexus. I would recommend Lexus of Tucson to anyone who was interested in buying a luxury car.

On our first visit, Jim Sherron met us cordially and showed us the used vehicles that met our needs. He patiently answered all our questions on the two succeeding visits and, in his low-key fashion, sold us on the RX350 He's an asset to the organization because he lets the Lexus sell itself. I have to admit that I've bought two preowned Lexus's out of town because I got 0-poor service at the Speedway location in the past. Being nearly a native in Tucson I wanted to give Royal a try one more time. I called the Automall location and got lucky. Jerry listened and responded to my needs. I hope he's still there when I need my 4th Lexus!
