Our experience with the personnel at Lexus of Tucson at the Automall was head over heals above all other dealerships we've ever worked with over the years. It's strongest assets are the personnel - professionally skilled, genuinely interested in assisting and overwhelmingly pleasant. Everyone's number one objective is "aim to please." The experience was certainly worth the drive from Scottsdale.

Joli demonstrated a unique ability to sell a vehicle without "selling" the vehicle. What I mean by that is that I did not feel any pressure and felt completely relaxed throughout the entire process of buying a new car. If you are interested in purchasing or leasing a Lexus here in Tucson, I advise you to request Joli as your sales consultant. Joli is not only fully knowledgeable about the Lexus brand of vehicles but she is passionate about making sure the client is fully satisfied/comfortable during the full purchasing process. Trust me, you will appreciate the experience that you have with her. After I decided on a vehicle, Joli went through and demonstrated all the features that the car had to offer.

Joli is good. Knows her product, listens exceptionally well, not pushy, and instills a high level of confidence. It is fun to see and experience a good salesperson doing their thing. Wish there there were more like her.

I am a first time Lexus owner and felt somewhat initmidated coming to the showroom in the Auto Mall. A friend and Lexus owner, accompanied me. Joli approached us and her professionalism and knowledge were immediately apparent. She took time to determine my ideas and needs, conveying a sincere interest in "getting it right"...as we continued to look around that day, I kept comparing both the car and the sales people we met. At the end of the afternoon, I was behind the wheel of the pre-owned vehicle she had suggested to me, driving on I 10 because Joli wanted me to know how the vehicle handled in that situation, recalling that I do a long driving trip each year. She also solved my dilemma about service in the tiny town where I live part of the year. These are just two examples of her personalized approach. She met me with information at a perfect pace for retention and I drove away yesterday just delighted with the whole experience. The car is remarkable, Joli, extraordinary. Know-Like and Trust are what you should feel and expect from your dealership. Lexus of Tucson Auto Mall provides all of that! From Sales to Service I have always felt their dedication to excellent customer service and accommodation. I just purchased my second Lexus, and I can honestly say I have never had a vehicle I liked this much to purchase a second generation, but I know that working with Lexus of Tucson is always going to be handled with professionalism, honesty and with integrity. George K was great to work with, he is experienced and knowledgeable and assisted in finding the information I wanted to make my decision. Thanks George! Then there is the Service Department and you cannot go wrong with their team, my rep can understand "female making sounds" to explain something that I think might be an issue. Yea! Jim. It is hard enough to figure out what vehicle is best for you, then find the dealership that you trust. This dealership is right up there with the best. I was quickly greeted each time I arrived, routinely offered something to drink and a snack, and always treated with respect. The dealership's facilities are very nice and accommodating, especially the new customer lounge with fresh-brewed coffee/tea and sodas. George, our salesman, was professional at all times and ensured I was kept up to date while I waited for delivery of the car. The day of delivery was efficient, and a minor issue with an applicable rebate was handled well. All in all, the experience was outstanding. I’m looking forward to a long-term customer relationship with Lexus of Tucson!

Joli Gaskell was our sales consultant when we purchased our 2013 RX-350. She is extremely knowledgable about the entire line of Lexus vehicles. She was able to get us a very fair deal on our trade-in. She is a very kind and honest person and we highly recommend her.
