I have been a happy Lexus owner for the past 3 years and...

I have been a happy Lexus owner for the past 3 years and when it came to time to buy another vehicle I DID NOT shop around, I just went straight to my Lexus dealer. Why? Because of 3 reasons: #1 - Best quality & reliable vehicle that I've ever owned! #2 - Best service department that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! #3 - They have spoiled me rotten and I'm a loyal customer because of it! Thank you Joli, Jerry, Bob & Paul, you the BEST!

Bought 2004 Ford Thunderbird. Dealership said there we no...

Bought 2004 Ford Thunderbird. Dealership said there we no issues, all good. Paid and recieved car with damage around from fog light. Investigated photos sent and the damage was on photo. Dealership acknowledged damage but did nothing about it. Refused to respond to emails and phone calls. $400 to repair. There word is not good. Never buy on internet from them.

This was the first time I ever bought a car by myself and...

This was the first time I ever bought a car by myself and I could not have had a better experience, I purchased a Lexus E350. They got the car I wanted,the colorark I wanted and all the options I wanted,and had the car there in less than a week for pickup.The car waas waiting for me on the showroom floor. Mark Koller spent almost two hours with me explaining how all the buttons worked and what the car could do. He was so knowledgable about what he sells. I would recommend this dealership to anyone whos looking for a car.

The sales people we dealt with were very friendly,...

The sales people we dealt with were very friendly, professional and knowlegeable. Training must be extensive, based on their knowlege of every detail of the 2013 car were were interested in, even though it had only been available for a couple of weeks. The person who handled the paperwork and financing informed us of what options were available (such as extended warranty) but there was no hard sell. Overall, a very pleasant car buying experience. The reason for the 4 on price is that we were unable to negotiate a significant reduction in the MSRP, but perhaps we should not have expected much on a 2 week old car. We have yet to test the service department but the salesperson made a point of introducing us to the service manager; a nice touch.

Very personable and friendly experience for us. No pressure. Treated with the upmost respect. All information given to us was very clear and helpful. George Karshalios was very knowledgeable. It was the best car sales experience we ever encountered.

Jolie Gaskell at Lexus at the Tucson Auto Mall made it...

Jolie Gaskell at Lexus at the Tucson Auto Mall made it all very easy and pleasant for me when I traded my 2007 GS on a 2012 ES model a week or so ago. I arrived at the deanship late in the afternoon and I was in rather a hurry to complete the transaction, provided we could reach agreement on the deal, because I had to leave Tucson the next day around 1 p.m. The car I actually wanted happened to be at the Speedway showroom, but Jolie arranged to have it transferred and ready for me by 10 a.m. the next day. The paperwork was finished quickly and I drove off the lot with my new car within a couple of hours. I was very happy with the service I received and I am very pleased so far with my new red ES . I will certainly return to Lexus at the Tucson Auto Mall for maintenance in the future. Thany you, Benjamin Smith, Esq.

We were very satisfied with their services. Specially many thanks to our sales person Joli Gaskell who was was very nice and patient. Not only she wasn't pushy, I felt like I was being helped by one of my friends. I would also like to thank the rest of their team in Lexus of Tucson in Automal, they were all great.

This was my first Lexus purchase (L460) and it was by far the best dealer experience I've had over 40 plus years. Joli was knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle. She handled everything from my initial visit through the test drive and pricing with efficiency. Above all, she was extremely pleasant to deal with--no hard sell--she actually listened to what my wife and I were interested in and our concerns. We would both recommend her in a heartbeat!!!!

I moved here from the east coast and have had my car...

I moved here from the east coast and have had my car serviced at this dealership several times. I cannot say enough for the employees and the service I have received. Everyone is always very courteous and more than willing to make my experience the best it can be. This week, I went in for a 35,000 mile service but when I arrived for the service, Jim Bingham informed me of a safety campaign that Lexus has undertaken. This mean't that my service would take longer than previously expected. He had already arranged for a loaner car, and because I was having guests in my home that afternoon, he had my car delivered to my home and exchanged for the loaner. Not only that, my car was washed inside and out, and the gas tank was full! This was above and beyond normal service. You guys are the BEST!!! Lynn Anderson
