We were very impressed by the professionalism. George has such an extensive product knowledge, he was able to answer every question and lead us to a vehicle that was right for situation and needs. And the management was willing to meet and beat the deal I could get in Phoenix. They really want to keep business in Tucson with. I games. Everything, including prices, we're in writing. To complete the sale, the paperwork took less than an hour, including new vehicle delivery to show us how features worked. I plan to purchase again from this dealership if the staff and management continue to be this easy to work with!

I was in the market for a new GS350 and I called for a...

I was in the market for a new GS350 and I called for a test drive. Jerry had two models for me to drive and we spent about 2 hours on the test drives. There was no pressure to purchase after the test drives. When I called Jerry about potential cars with the options I wanted, he was able to find the car and have it shipped to Tucson quickly. The car was ready when promised and the actual sale was straightforward with no high pressure sales of additional warranties or dealer options. Jonathon was very thorough and spent about an hour reviewing all the features on the car and how to use them. I had some additional questions over the next few days and Jonathon was very prompt with getting me additional information as needed. I have owned two prior Lexus vehicles and the service department is first rate. I would highly recommend the Lexus brand and this dealership.

Pleasant and easy

I was looking to buy a practical vehicle with higher clearance and more cargo space than my 2001 Lexus 300 and had planned to test-drive various SUVs before making a decision. My first stop was at the Automall Lexus dealer and I never got any further than settling for a pre-owned Lexus 350RX. Couldn't resist the low key, professional atmosphere and the spotless certified vehicle with a 3 year or 100.000 mile guarantee. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

Never buy anything from them on the internet.

Bought a car on line that they said needed nothing. When it arrived there was damage around a running light bezel. I went back and looked at the photos they sent me and sure enough it was in a photo they took. I brought it to there attention, they said they would take care of it. I am in Minnesota, my body shop said it was a $400 fix. In Tucson it would be twice that. I haven't heard from them since. My advice: don't trust them, there word means nothing. It's been 1 1/2 years.

Imagine the challenges of buying a car 1900 miles away? ...

Imagine the challenges of buying a car 1900 miles away? How can you verify the condition of the car? How quickly does the sales person respond to your questions? How can you trust the relationship that you are building with the dealership, especially when you know you will not meet face to face? These and many more were the questions that I faced as I recently totaled a Lexus IS 350 (which saved my life) and was now going through the process of finding a similar replacement vehicle. I searched the internet for the exact car and condition I wanted, and located the vehicle at Lexus of Tuscon. When I began researching the car and the dealership, I started by reading reviews of the dealership based on comments from locals, and more importantly repeat car buyers. I personally have never seen a dealership receive an overall rating of 4.9 out of 5 and decided to post an internet request for more information. Within the hour I had received a personal call from Joli Gaskell, and from there I realized I was working with a dealership that listened to their customer needs, and then worked to make that customer experience outstanding. Communication with Joli was friendly, honest, accurate, and open to ideas about how to make this simple and the least stressful. In short number of days paperwork was exchanged, the car was delivered to the my residence (3 days ahead of schedule!), and I was driving a beautiful car in perfect condition. I have told my friends and colleagues just how easy it was to buy with confidence and assurance from a dealership 1900 miles away, and would encourage anyone seeking a new or used Lexus to consider a purchase from Joli, Bryan, and the team at Lexus of Tuscon at the Automall. We were looking for an older car with low mileage on it...

We were looking for an older car with low mileage on it as a second car here in AZ. At this dealer there was an unbelievably clean car...looked brand new for a 2002. Joli and Ron mostly dealt with my husband but they allowed him to take car home for a trial run. We had some health issues involved so we wanted to make sure the car was the one for us. As it turned out, it was a bit too wide for our car port so we decided against it. But I have to say we had the greatest service that we've ever had anywhere. Joli and Ron were so considerate and helpful. They went way beyond what they needed to do to accommodate us We would definitely return to this dealership in the future.

After a car accident, I was dreading the search for a new...

After a car accident, I was dreading the search for a new (pre-owned)car. I got to Royal Lexus by mistake--I was looking for Royal Buick--and I was helped by Raylene. It was my lucky day! She made the whole process a pleasure. Bob Bush was my service representative years before at Royal Buick Speedway, and he helped me decide on the Lexus I ended up buying, by going over it with a "fine tooth comb." I bought my first Royal Buick in 2001, and I can recommend them highly. Thank you, Raylene and Bob, for helping me find a great car.

Just bought a like new pre-owned Lexus

Great experience and great price. Good work!!! I am from Phoenix and drove down to see Jim Sherron, not expecting such a friendly and great service from him. He makes the whole transaction so smooth, I only spend less than 2 hours to get all financing, trade in, transfer and buying done. He is very capable and fast. Highly recommended. I went to a few dealerships in Phoenix, nothing compare to the service here. He is not pushy, just tell you the right thing. Please go see him, I am not doing an ad for him, but just want to share my great experience because some time buying can be a bad experience and hassle.
