Excellent Purchase Experience

My husband and I recently purchased a new Lexus NX and was very pleased with the experience. Joli Gaskell was extremely knowledgeable and we highly recommend her. She is very pleasant and easy to deal with. This is our 6th Lexus and we would never consider owning any other brand. We love this dealership!!

Easiest Car Purchase Yet!

Recently purchased a new Lexus RC350 F Sport and this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience! Having purchased many cars here in Tucson, our Sales Associate Jerry Holbrook at Lexus is the best one we've had yet! After test driving this newly released vehicle to the market, Jerry went on the hunt for the exact one I wanted and it was delivered to the dealership in no time. From the Receptionist to the Top of the house, one can tell each associate understands the importance of Customer Service. This is our first Lexus and I'm sure it wont be our last! Thank you Jerry and Team!

Terrific easy transaction!

This is my first Lexus purchase and I will definitely recommend Lexus of Tucson. Excellent communication from Todd and Pam from day one to the end. They worked with me since I don't live in Tucson and had to travel to purchase my RX350. Thank you for such an awesome experience!

Great buying experience!

I recently purchased a Lexus and was very pleased with the wonderful customer service. Kris Bowman did a great job. He brought the car to my home for a test drive. Now that's service. It was a stress free experience. This is my third Lexus and it is a top-notch brand. I'm never disappointed with the quality of their vehicles. Go test drive one today!

I don't want to watch your video...I want to buy a car

Attempted to deal with internet sales. Kept trying to get me to watch a useless video on their website, would not provide any help on sales continually demanded that I come down in person? Kind of defeats the concept behind internet sales department! Made me look at a different dealers and manufacturers completly. Way to go internet department.

Great experience!

We found our car on cars.com, and contacted the dealer through the site. Due to our crazy work hours, the dealer brought the vehicle to our house the following day; allowing us to test drive and look it over. We decided to buy it, and the sales associate brought all the paperwork to our house to sign the following day, Never experienced an easier way to buy a car! Fantastic customer service, working around us not being able to come to the dealership!

Fastest Sales Person in the West

George Karahalios is the type of sales person that makes a dealership stand out. He knows his cars. He knows people. George knows your time means something to you! I bought a Lexus from George and it was the fastest purchase for me yet. Haggling is not something I like to spend too much time on and George is rare professional that can appreciate this. If you already know what you want and are ready to make the purchase, save yourself a lot of time and aggravations and ask George to make it happen.
