I would give negative stars if I could!!
I bought a pre owned certified Lexus gx 6 months ago.... Lets just say my car has been in the shop 5 different times. The moment I drove my car off the lot the rubber around the outside of my windows flew off. Then my breaks started squeaking so loudly I was embarrassed to drive my new car. Finding out later that my certified Lexus didnt have Lexus Breaks! Then my car just stopped working while I was driving my two young childen. Yes, stopped working! Thank goodness for Monterey Lexus who saved the day and helped me get through the horrible experience. Two months later my car wont start. I popped the hood and behold my battery is cracked!!!! I had just had my car serviced the week before.... I am now having to get my car towed out of pocket because they don't consider cracked battery maintenance. Basically this dealership slapped a certified sign on a xxx car. I cant wait to sell it!!!! Point of my review, don't trust this dealership!!!!!!!!

We always want the very best for our guests, but sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. As you remember, we have corrected a minor issue with weather stripping even though it was out of the scope of the Lexus Certification. We have also paid for a hotel while you waited for a nationally back-ordered part to arrive while you were out of town with your children. We have also paid for the other dealership to install the part as a friendly gesture to maintain your confidence in us. We feel our efforts have been more than fair for addressing the few issues that you have encountered, and we again apologize for any inconvenience that you have experienced. Unfortunately there is a point where we cannot pay for the continued maintenance a vehicle after the sale. We hope that you understand, and appreciate your feedback.

This has been one the best buying experience that I've ever had! The staff was very friendly, the process was quick (but precise), the facility was clean and well kept, and most importantly, my sales consultant was super friendly, funny, caring, and provided me excellent service and sound advise! I will definitely purchase my next car here and I will recommend this dealership and Aimee Miller to all my friends and family!

Bad Experience
Was Mistreaded and humiliated by Sales Manager and Salesperson for not taking a deal in front of other Employees and Customers, I will never do Business with this Dealership again

easy, feel good car buying experience
Just bought a used Prius at Lexus of Tucson Automall, and the experience was superior. We worked with George Karahalios, who was professional, knowledgeable, and wanted nothing more than for us to be completely comfortable with our purchase and for it to be right for us. We had been working with another dealership, who ultimately paled in comparison to the service that Lexus of Tucson provided. We got a great car at a great price, and can feel good about the quality of the cars at this dealership. They are invested in what they sell, no doubt, and stand behind quality. They also highly value their customers. We were disappointed that the car only came with one key after the sale was completed, and George called me later the same day to let me know that they would make a new key (expensive smart key) for us free of charge. This dealership wants to keep their customers long after they have signed on the dotted line. Thank you, Lexus of Tucson at the Automall!

Best Car Buying Experience
Over the past 20 years we have purchased several cars, and this was by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have had. We worked with Kris through internet sales. He was very responsive and got us exactly what we wanted. We had been looking for a Lexus GX 460 for a couple of months. At another dealership, when they didn't have the GX 460 that we wanted on the lot, they said they would let us know when they got one in. However, when Kris didn't have the one we wanted on the lot, he took the time to find one. Within a day or two, he found one on it's way to Texas and was able to get it for us. Kris and a technician drove the new GX from Tucson to Phoenix and helped set up everything for my wife. Kris also brought a dozen roses for my wife, which was nice touch. I highly recommend the Lexus GX 460 and also Lexus of Tucson at the Auto Mall. Ask for Kris in Internet Sales.
