My husband and I recently leased an IS200t from the automall location. Joli was very patient with us as we took 2 hours of her time on a Saturday and left since I wasn't too keen on the vehicle my husband originally selected. We contacted Joli to discuss leasing the IS200t in Atomic Silver full loaded etc...She was amazing and great to work with. Joli is very patient, knowledgeable and isn't your typical sales person. I will recommend Lexus at the AutoMall and especially Joli. Thank you Joli for everything! I'd decided to purchase a Buick Lacross but made one last stop to drive a Toyota Avalon. The respect and professionalism I received at Lexus of Tucson was the best I've ever experienced. The sales consultant, George Karahalios, was knowledgeable and saw to it I never went back to the Buick dealership. Ken Demski, the Sales Manager, was very helpful in putting the deal together and the finance gal, Pam Schantz, was a rock star. Many dealers are good at selling, I guess, but what about after the sale? Well... The car I purchased was used and I had an issue with the ignition switch. The 1-month delivery warranty period I received had expired and Lexus of Tucson was under no obligation to take care of it. I decided to give Ken Demski a call anyway and he immediately offered to fix it, feeling it was the dealer's responsibility despite the timing. This is the type of "above the call of duty" customer service that is too rare today. Lexus of Tucson gets all my referrals.

Joli was very good to work with in the purchase of our used ES 350. She was very knowledgeable regarding the car and its options. Her gift of roses to my wife was very nice and unexpected. She worked with us as nonresident buyers with our sales tax issues.

I'm 73 and have purchased many cars, but I have never been to a dealership that treated me as well as this one. I liked that they outlined the price of my trade-in and told me exactly what the cost differential would be without adding costs in later. I also liked that the explained all the "Bells and Whistles" that the Lexus has. The car itself is great- especially the safety features.

The sales consultant, Aimee was outstanding, I completed all the paper work on line and arrived at the dealer to turn in my old lease and pickup my new one. The financing consultant did not enter my promotional information into the correct computer and I am receiving invoices for the old lease. I have had to contact Lexus Financial to try and correct things. They are the ones who told me that the information was entered into the wrong computer. I am also receiving notices from the DMV that the 2013 CT200 is still registered in my name, please correct.
