VIP membership includes State Inspections.

VIP membership includes State Inspections. Why can't a VIP member schedule a State Inspection appointment. I have tried twice this month and the first time I was turned away due to volume. Tha second time this morning, I was told it would be a 4 hour wait. Having the ability to make an appointment would eliminate the ride out to the dealership and be turned around. I know company policy is "first come, first served."

4-hours for an oil change, and that's with an

4-hours for an oil change, and that's with an appointment. No apologies, no discounts - pay full price for wasting half your day, even though you tell advisor you'll be waiting at the dealership when it's finished. They never give you a status report and when your vehicle is ready - not everything you ask for is accomplished. Service advisor said "she forgot" to add an item that I asked be taken care of. Also, if you purchased a VIP plan (like I did) with when you bought your car there, that's no longer valid either. New ownership. they don't honor it. Abundantly pathetic. I'll go elsewhere.

If you have a half-day to waste, visit Sheehy

Four hour wait for a simple oil change, and that’s with an appointment. Congrats! That’s 1-star service! Also, VIP package for “enhanced service” purchased at time of sale 2 years ago no longer valid under new management. So this should actually be a -5 review. Now I wonder if the extended warranty I purchased under the old regime is valid now as well? No apologies and much smugness from service rep after wasting 1/2 my day to do a simple oil change, then gladly asks me to pay. No “we will take $5 off for wasting 4 hours of your day” offer extended. I’ll go elsewhere next time. Too much drama and calamity here.

Chris was great with my service intake and an honest

Chris was great with my service intake and an honest evaluation was done of what was needed for my car. I thought I might have an oil leak and was happy to hear that I didn't. Tires were recommended and they are definitely needed.
