My son bought an Rx350 from a used car dealership just a few miles from Sheehy Toyota. Before we drove back up 95 to Maryland I wanted to have a few things serviced and have the car thoroughly inspected. I spoke with Andrew, a service advisor a few times before picking the car up and explained the situation. He was able to squeeze us in on a Friday afternoon, which was great as we originally were going to leave the car drive back to Maryland and drive back on Sat, thanks to Andrew he saved us from a lot of extra driving, which we really appreciated. Andrew provided an honest assessment of the car and at no time did I feel as though we were getting the runaround. The video inspection provided by the tech was a GREAT, GREAT touch. Andrew truly gave me faith again regarding car dealerships. If I lived closer I wouldn’t hesitate encouraging my son to take it to Sheehy Toyota and of course ask for Andrew. Thanks again Andrew for everything my son is really enjoying his new car!

I have had a wonderful experience at Sheehy Toyota in Fredericksburg, VA literally obtaining the truck of my dreams. I’m a diehard fan of Toyotas having just purchased my sixth Toyota. The saying that if you take care of your Toyota, it will take care of you is absolutely true! I can’t go without mentioning my appreciation for the generous trade-in offer on my 15-year-old Tundra with 279K miles on it. It proved to me again that Toyotas hold their value. I noticed quickly the camaraderie and continuity of communication at Sheehy Toyota. Everyone was on the same page and it made working amongst the departments seamless from ordering, tracking progress and then the final purchase. I wish all businesses used Sheehy Toyota’s training model. They definitely have it down to a science and it shows! I very much appreciated Lloyd’s expertise from the beginning of the build in November all the way to the fine tuning in February. Lloyd guided me in making good choices for this custom truck. He was spot-on point for point. The truck is perfect! Most importantly, none of this would have come to fruition if not for the dealership’s sales representative, Diego. I can’t say enough about his welcoming personality, perseverance and hard work put into this venture. Diego was able to customize a factory build for me that included every single package and modification I had my heart set on — for what is possibly my last vehicle I wanted to check off all the boxes. Diego treated me like family, and I feel that I made an irreplaceable friend who looked out for me over the three-month process. We communicated weekly and at times daily hammering out all the details. Diego was respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive with communication. I never left lost wondering about where the truck was in the building cycle. He was great about seeking out answers to my many questions and always got right back to me. Upon the truck’s arrival, Diego continued to find solutions for additional fine details so that I would be 100% happy when driving my truck home. The 1794 Edition turned out more incredible than I ever imagined! I am absolutely thrilled with the result. I hope Diego has a long tenure at Sheehy Toyota whether it be in sales or eventually management. Whatever Diego chooses to do in life, he will do well with his work ethic. People who work twice as hard will always go twice as far. Blessings!
