Great experience

The staff was professional, personable and knowledgeable. Andrew Bryan was specifically amazing as always. The buying process was seamless and I received a great deal.

Rick Case’s Shaher is the best.

This is my 5th car at Rick Case. Shaher takes great care of my needs. I get my cars serviced only at Rick Case and they are truly the best.

Great purchasing experience

Excellent experience Purchased a new Honda for my 18 year old son. I was provided with a first class experience from Jason Abecassis and manager Jimmy Contreras Very expedient and no games Would recommend them highly!

Best experience at Honda ever

Great service!

Rafael was very kind and thorough throughout the entire process. He was extremely helpful and made sure to get us the best end-of-year deal! It was quick and easy. Dario guided us through finances and we were in and out of the dealer!

Express service

Express service the day after thanksgiving wait time for an oil change in at 1pm out at 4pm. I have used the express service in the past and the express service was great.

Terrible service experience

Went to Rick Case for oil change and tire rotation. Without my authoziation they did a full synthetic oil change (more expensive) and fuel system engine cleaning. Oh and tires were not rotated. No written estimate was given. I won’t be going back for service. Lesson learned. This place has really gone downhill.

Car repair

My car has been in your garage since August 22. I keep getting put off about when the will be done. The damage was light and the car should have been completed. What kind of business do you conduct. Why can I not get my car. I get promises to get a call but the calls never come. I want my dam car
