Recall Fix and TX Oil Change
Chantelle at the service department was awesome and was able to provide A+ service. She guided me through the recall and explained all the details. Had me on a shuttle writhing 30 mins after arriving.

John Cable was my salesperson. I highly recommend him! He was extremely nice, listened to my needs and concerns, explained everything, tried to get me the best deal, stayed late until he saw me off and on my way. If I were to buy a car again from Rick Case, I would definitely ask for him. Dealership is located in a very accessible location and easy drive-up. Free gas voucher; free car washes. Great selection of certified pre-owns. I, however, found one online which is the one I wanted and eventually purchase: a 2017 Honda Pilot. The finance manager was friendly, courteous and also worked with me when I voiced my concerns. Just be careful: I had 3.75% rate thru my credit union. They offered me same, then came back to 3.79% when I was signing the papers. Although they reduced the price to accommodate my initial payment amount preference, the fact remains they upped the % after we sealed the deal. That’s my only negative.

Deception and Manipulation
On Friday, June 29, 2018, I spoke with Mr. Verne the fleet manager to let him know I was coming to look at Honda Civics. Mr. Verne is the contact at Rick Case Honda, RCH, for the auto advisor at my credit union. Members are sent to him if they are financing or leasing a vehicle from this dealership. The auto advisor gave Mr. Verne my contact information, the type of vehicle I was looking for and the loan amount I was approved for-the importance of this information will be understood once I finish this review. When I arrived at the dealership on this date, I planned on looking at the vehicle inventory alone first but a salesman, Mr. Libos, asked to assist me. At that point I called Mr. Verne, the contact for my credit union, but he didn't answer his phone. I therefore began looking at cars with Mr. Libos, but I didn’t find a car. As I was about to leave, I saw a car I liked, but it belonged to a customer of Mr. Meza whose desk is across from Mr. Libos. It was a Honda Civic Ex. On Saturday morning I contacted Mr. Verne to let him know I would return to RCH at 2:00 p.m. to continue to look for a car. Sometime after that Mr. Joseph contacted me; he had three vehicles for me to see. I told him that was great because I was coming to see Mr. Verne at 2:00 p.m. When I arrived I called Mr. Verne, and we met up. As we began walking towards the used car area, I told Mr. Verne that Mr. Libos had been helping me, and he said it was okay because they worked together. At the end of this process "working together" revealed a different meaning. Mr. Libos called Mr. Verne before we reached the used car offices. He met us in the parking lot, and Mr. Verne told Mr. Libos I was not financing through RCH and that my credit union had already approved me for $20,000. Mr. Verne shouldn't have disclosed that information. Mr. Libos and I went inside to his desk and spoke briefly about the three cars he was about to show me-the same cars Mr. Joseph had for me. After looking at the cars, I was only interested in the 2016 Honda Civic EX that had 24,286 miles. It was the same car I admired on Friday that a customer of Mr. Meza was buying. Mr. Libos then asked if RCH's financing was better than my credit union's would I finance through them; I said yes. I went outside and shared this information with Mr. Verne who nudged me with his words saying I asked about refinancing through RCH, and I said no... He then said this is between you and I. I don't want Salim (Mr. Libos) to lose his job, and I don't want to jeopardize mine so I'm going to finance and say you asked to finance through RCH. I said okay whoever gives me the best financing. After I agreed to Rick Case Honda’s final numbers on paper for the above vehicle, which were better than my credit union’s, Mr.Libos showed me the car fax; it revealed an accident. I now understood why the previous deal Mr. Meza had on this car fell through and why, but Mr. Meza told me he didn't know. Mr. Meza and I had spoken at length on Friday so I thought he would be honest. All… persons mentioned in this review were telling me this was a great deal, and I should take it. Mr. Verne went even further. He said I should buy the vehicle that day, and he would drive the vehicle to my home and take an uber back. Mr. Verne was suppose to be working on my behalf for my credit union. At the very end, I realized there was never any truth to this deal. They tried to take advantage of me as a woman in hopes I was emotionally attached and would ignore the accident that wasn't revealed until the end. They really tried to get this damaged vehicle out of their inventory by being untruthful. I could provide more details, but I've almost reached the maximum characters allowed. Mr. Libos text me on July 4th that the car I wanted had been traded in. No other professional from Rick Case Honda had contacted me Since I left RCH on June 30, 2018, not even Mr. Verne the contact for my credit union. No outreach equals guilt.

Rick Case Honda in Davie, has the best internet service with Sam H. Salesman David Berreth was informed and friendly and worked with me in a timely manner. Financing dept. Was friendly and hassle free. I highly recommend this dealership. 5 stars. Stay away from Coral Springs Honda.
