We dealt with John Cable. We first met him at the tent sale where my husband bought a Fiat. John was very attentive and patient with us, giving us our space but available to answer any questions we had about the vehicles. When it came to negotiations, he was a gentleman and made the whole experience enjoyable. He always takes our calls and if he’s not available, always calls us back. Yesterday we back for the second time and traded our 2013 Santa Fe for a 2019 Santa Fe, again the same experience. We dealt with Eduardo for financing both cars. When it can be painful he made it seamlessly and smooth. Not only that he helped with the title for the 2013 Santa Fe. These two gentlemen are an asset to your dealership!! We will definitely recommend your dealership to our family and friends.

no more

too liar sales person and they didn't know no charge for Turn-in Fee if make new lease still charged me less mileage contract still same price after new lease i asked sales person 3 times ,no answer 2days past already

It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all

Leaving my car overnight to be checked. I was told by Melvin to spend more than $2,700 to fix the a/c that was never inspected

Needed a new lease on life 😁

Luis our sales associate was very patient, professional, proficient and personable. He helped us choose an excellent Honda Passport. We had never leased before, but RIck Case Honda was a pleasant first experience.

Wade Bell is always amazing. He is courteous, polite, and always helpful. He is always helpful, and even goes above and beyond his call of duty to assist me and answers all my question.

Honda Accord.

his is my fourth or fifth car bought by the Honda. Always as much as Romeo or Fabiola that have been my salesmen, super professionals. Yesterday I took a new Lease and they offered me insurance. No. I had a bad experience with a previous car. Every time I took my car in exchange for oil I paid $ 150.00 $ 180.00 ask and they told me it was only for oil change. Cancel because $ 1000.00 that I had paid for three years was a lot for oil change. For everything else Honda excellent company. For my number ONE

Express Service was phenomenal!

Joey Anderson in the Express service department was awesome and had great customer service. He earned a customer as I will be taking my car back for any future maintenance.

Amazing experience

I had a amazing experience at Rick Case Honda and I would recommend them to everyone. My salesperson Romeo Hebert, manager Paul Browne and my finance guy Ed Beato went above and beyond and treated me like family. Please go see them and get yourself a new honda at a great price. We deserve it!

Service

All of the representatives I came in contact with had poor communication. Disrespectful of customers needs and seemed to be multitasking too much. Very fancy, but poor experience.
