Worst, most disrespectful dealership

Rick Case Honda is the absolute worst. The dealer I dealt with was incredibly rude. Upon purchasing my vehicle, I was not given a spare key or wheel lock key, and after months of trying to contact them, I still haven't received them. The dealer basically told me I am lying about not receiving them saying "they were probably in there, you just misplaced them." Joke of a dealership and I regret purchasing with them.

Really disappointed

My battery died and I was unable to take care to service at Rick Honda, as I was just across an auto shop my husband and I just walked over and got a new battery. After installing the new one the audio system would not start until a code was put in, as I had changed my battery three years previously at Rick Honda, I called them for help. They told me to try the code on a sticker at the glove compartment, when that did not work I called again, explained the situation and the first service person just transferred me back to the recepcionist, who transferred my again and the same happened, the second services contact just transferred me again, I left a message to the service supervisor, who did not contacted me either. So I'm really disappointed by the way they handled the situation and not helping me with my issue!!

Camilo Cortes Was My Salesman

My car was stolen and I had to purchase another car. Luckily my salesman was Camilo Cortes. Usually you absolutely hate to have to deal with the sales process. Instead it was absolutely 180 degrees from what I expected. Camilo was incredible. He gained my confidence, wanted me to find the car I would love, gave me a fair price, and made the transaction a breeze. There was no pressure, no tension, and frankly I felt he was there for me all the way. Since then we have remained friends. If you are looking to buy a car, find Camilo and you will see that I am right in how I felt. Then you can contact me and thank me.

No title

We visited your dealership last week because we are planning to buy a new car as soon as we sell our house. Your salesperson, Rosa Perez, was very professional and courteous. We were dreading the "just looking" process and weary of the "sharks with high pressure" sales tactics. Fortunately, Rosa did not fit this persona. She was very informative and understanding of our situation. When we are ready to buy, we will buy from her. We are so impressed with her professional attitude.

New lease

I went to get an oil change and what I got was a great deal a new lease with the same monthly payment. Camilo Cortes was very helpful, professional and very fast. This is my third car with Rick Case and I am very happy. My new car is awesome.

Fast salesman

This dealer called me and emailed me right away when I ask for a price on a used car. Even though the car was already sold they were quick to try to get a hold of me. I also liked that the General Manager emailed me to make sure everything was ok. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking to buy a car.

Horrible experience!

The dealer didn't even acknowledge the information I received from car.com. In fact, I don't even think they looked at the actual request.

The cars are the same,but the Dealer stands out.

When a new car is in your future.Research the car to your satisfaction.Then be more demanding in your choice of the one and only dealer to take care of your purchase.I did just that,and my one and only choice for my purchase was"RICK CASE HONDA". I previously purchase three Hondas from,Rick Case Honda,and if it wasn't for the outstanding service department run by Mark Warshefski,and the best service writer in the business,Wisler Dorcely,I wouldn't have given Rick Case Honda a chance for this purchase I made on January 29th 2007. The best well knit auto organization in the books is,Rick Case Honda.I could't be any happier with my new CV-R.Thanks to all concerned .Ben Waks.
