Brought car in for routine oil filter change.
Brought car in for routine oil filter change. Turnout cars engine is burning oil and could just implode at any time. The dealer never mentioned a class action lawsuit against them for catastrophic engine failure which they lost . They’re doing an oil consumption test lasting over thousands of miles. Meantime I had to google this to know. So if the engines fails while on the freeway and someone dies , well ok the engine gets replaced. Hyundai doesn’t want to pay for these bad engines so the stall goes on. Meantime we live with this stress and won’t sell the car because don’t want to pass this risk on others. Don’t buy any Hyundais!!!

Horrible service. This experience was one bad one.
Por una simple batería , el carro estuvo 1 día y al final no resolvieron el problema. Page $ 30 por Uber y al regreso page otros $30 para pick up my car . Son unos irresponsables que no les importa el problema de la gente. Y lo peor es que sigo esperando la llamada por la bendita batería. Que deserción de Dealer.

Poor customer service
Battery states 100 month warranty- Dealer would not honor the warranty directly written on the battery. Searched the web and found another dealer that would honor the warranty Dissatisfied and would not recommend for service.

Professional and great customer service
My thanks and kudos to Mr. Brian Oliveros, Rick Case Honda, Davie, FL, service department. You explained to me in detail what was wrong, how to fix it, what would happened if I didn’t get it done. Great service, professional, knowledgeable and Customer service oriented.

Great experience
Amazing customer service that had me in and out in no time . Very personal representative that assisted me . I wasn’t persuaded to purchase things that I didn’t intend to like I’ve experienced with other dealerships and representatives.

Excellent body work.
I recently needed some minor body work on the front side bumper area where a car had scraped it. The car came back just like new. All the employees that I interacted with were very nice and professional. No one tried to over sell me on things I didn’t need giving me more faith in their honesty. Very pleased with this experience. Highly recommend them based on my experience.
