Rick Case Good experience

Honda Pilot Service

Each time I have taken my vehicle to the Rick Case Honda, I have had excellent service. Wade Bell has been my service advisor on many occasions and he is the absolute best. He is professional and explains repairs to the customers.

Airbag recall

Today was the worst experience ever. I was waiting for my airbag to be replaced a total of 6 hours. It was suppose to be finished an hour and half before I actually picked it up. But the person helping me was too busy to tell me YET IM IN THE WAITING ROOM WAITING. I finally got my car when I took the initiative to ask someone else, and they called the main person helping me but no answer. Multiple people were calling him and still no answer. I do not recommend this place because the person helping me was so disrespectful of my time and didn’t even inform me when my car service was repaired. Never going back. HIS NAME WAS ALEJANDRO, DO NOT GO TO HIM.

AC Compressor Fix

Danny said I had to leave the car overnight to get compressor changed out, and will be ready by 10am. Car was ready before then, and picking up was an efficient process.

Service at Rick Case Honda

Since the buying process was so enjoyable at Rick Case Honda, I decided to find out if their service department was as good. It is. I was in and out with the initial oil change and tire rotation in 1 hour and all of the people involved were friendly and courteous. I drove 67 miles from Palm Beach to Davie, Florida and then returned. The trip was worth it.
