Rick Case Honda

I purchased a Honda Civic in 2016 and added on the additional warranty that covers anything electronic, and I was so happy I did! One day I go to start my car and the audio central panel touch screen was not working. Although it was a minor challenge to have, it still needed to be serviced. I was overwhelmed and stressed over having it serviced. It was the first time bringing a car into a Honda for service as well as dealing with a car warranty. I had so many questions and uncertainty about the process and no matter how much research I’ve done prior, the unknown kept me uneasy. As soon as I arrived to Honda, I immediately felt better by the hospitality and kindness of the team. They pointed me in the right direction (even DROVE me to the right section of the dealership) and got everything squared away immediately and with no problems. Alejandro, at Honda Davie, was fantastic! He made the process simple, genuinely had the best interest of the customer and car, and went above and beyond every step of the way. The service went quick, efficient, and he was communicative about the process as well as along the process. From beginning, to car rental, to car pick up, it could not have gone better! I was never left with any questions and will never worry about getting my car serviced again. Thank you Alejandro and Rick Case Honda. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very Good Service. The Salesperson took time to explain all options of the vehicle I was targeting. Management used resources to find the exact model that i was looking for. After the vehicle was purchased, the Salesman kept checking on the status of the preparation for the delivery of the vehicle. Overall a very positive experience

I was looking for a 2019 CR-V, and trading in my 2015 Camry. Costco was cheaper than TrueCar, but Rick Case beat them all. Sandra and Greg were very helpful and courteous, and were with me all the way until I was ready to leave with the new CR-V. And the part where you go in and sign all the papers also went smoothly.
