Review for the saleman Jon Wagner and Patrick Sime. I am a woman with some physical disabilities and I needed a very specific seat height. I did research from consumers report on reliability & price of used SUV's & trucks I believed would suit my specific needs .We told Jon Wagner ( Salesman ) our the situation, our need to measure the seat height and our future purchase date. Jon unlocked several SUV's and trucks for us to measure, gave us the information we asked for and his personal cell number. There was no high-pressure sales pitch and we left. For the nest 3 month Jon Wagner or his partner Patrick Sime answered every text, question, or request that I had. I could not have asked for more! On Saturday July 30, 2016, I finally selected & purchased a 2014 Honda Pilot. Thank You John Wagner and Patrick Sime, you both went above and beyond! Separate review for the sales manager " Luis Naranjos " who acted like a jerk the following Monday!

Rick Case Won't EVER Get MY Business.
Roughly a year and a half ago, I went in to RCH purchase an Accord. I asked to see 'one [of your] top salesmen' and I was introduced to a gentleman (whose name now escapes me) that was, at first friendly and genuine; I told him that I didn't have the time, nor patience for the runaround of filling out a lengthy credit check...to simply call a designated representative at Honda Financing. (Reason being, I own my car and have stellar credit history with Honda Finance) But of course, he grabbed an application and pen, sat me down at a desk behind a partition that didn't even have a computer at it. And then..he promptly disappeared for 15 minutes. On the the 16th minute, I took the application outside and promptly threw it in the garbage can and left. Some months later, I decided to give RCH another try due to the close proximity of my home and wanting my car to be professionally detailed. I pulled into the service area and asked one of the reps about getting my car detailed...only to have him quote me $750 and also added 'maybe you'd be better off going to a car wash.' Seeing he was obviously quite uninterested in my business, I promptly left and had my car detailed at Coral Springs Honda for far less than what I'd been quoted by RCH. Then the 'final nail in the coffin': On a whim and hopeful that the first time was a fluke, I went into RCH again and asked to see a salesperson. I was introduced to a young gentleman who, although gregarious and seemingly eager to help, asked what kind of car I was looking for and what I was trading in. I told him I was trading in my 2007 Civic and said I'd like a Certified Accord. He then said: "...oooh. That's way too expensive for you. Maybe you should try something else!" And promptly slid a pen and credit application across the same desk I sat at months before...and excused himself quickly. I wrote 'NO THANKS' on the paper and left. In closing, I'd rather push my totaled car 10 miles to any other dealership than drive 10 minutes to Rick Case Honda to get an oil change.

Excellent Salesman
If you are looking for a Honda in South Florida please stop by Rick Case and ask for Camilo Cortes (camilocortes@rickcase.com). Camilo was very patience with me and knowledge about the product he is selling. This is my second purchase from Rick Case 2013 accord sport and now a CRV, happy with both.

WE WERE FORTUNATELY GREETED BY Camilo Cortes AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THE DEALER WAS RELUCTANT TO GIVE US THE ADVERTISED DEAL, BUT HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET US EXACTLY WHAT WE CAME IN FOR. THANK YOU CAMILO! WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMEDED YOU TO OTHER PEOPLE!
