Jason Howell is the guy to call. I did what everyone else does - shopped online - but delayed going in because I didn't want to deal with a salesman. To my surprise, I never did. Jason operated like a representative, on my side. I had some hesitation the first day - he not only helped to rationalize some concerns, but encouraged me to take some time to think / sleep on it. He's ironically a terrible car salesman in the traditional form - but the best guy to have help you when buying a car.
