Five Star Ford

My review is for my salesman Alfred. I've been buying my vehicles from him since 2008. My recent vehicle purchased was because my old one gave me major issues and could not be repaired, was highly upset but Alfred put my mind at ease at helped me and put me into a newer and better vehicle.

Makes the process of buying a vehicle from out of state very easy! Most of the process was completed prior to arrival.

Alfred was extremely easy to work with. He definitely made us feel less anxious about the entire buying experience. We'll definitely be back later to buy my husband a truck and hopefully Alfred can help us again! The facilities are very clean and welcoming. Everyone we encountered addressed us and it was overall very pleasant to be there.

William May was incredibly helpful. He invested a lot to coordinate with another dealership and even negotiated a new engine.

I messaged the General Manager about a problem with the collision repair shop and he responded to me within 12 hours and took immediate action.

Fantastic people. From negotiating the deal (remotely via email and text) to finalizing the deal and picking the car up. Gary, Lewis, and the rest of the team at Five Star Ford were awesome. Each encounter reinforced how good they are at this process. I found them all to be courteous, professional, and accommodating. That's not to say that they gave me everything I wanted but it was one of my top car buying experiences.
