Would give them zero stars if possible. Horrible, horrible customer service. The salesman was very nice and easy going but the rest of the process was terrible. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone in the future. Hopefully the rest of the warranty repairs etc goes much smoother

I am an out of state buyer. German and Rick both knew this. After agreeing to the price, which was the asking price for the car plus shipping ($78,100.00), your used car manager wanted a wire transfer of the funds. When he was told the credit union would not wire the money due to policy, he then asked for a cashiers check, which is also not the way credit unions do business. Unfortunately, most if not all Credit Unions issue checks and next day them to the dealership along with a letter of guarantee that goes out immediately through email to provide payment. This is the way all out of state transactions I have ever made were handled. Never any issues until trying to buy from Rusnak. What I don't understand is that your used car manager just lost a guaranteed sale for almost $80K because he does not want to accept a form of payment your dealership accepts everyday. The worst part of this is that the vehicle would not leave the dealership before the funds had already transferred because your dealership would still have possession of the vehicle until it shipped, which, by the way, was agreed to so that the dealership would know the funds were received. I suppose Rusnak is in a good enough position that turning away these types of sales is not an issue. Too bad, we really liked the car. We will purchase from another dealership when we find what we are looking for.

The sales rep that helped us was friendly and informative. Answered all our questions and concerns. Rusnak made it easy for us to make a decision no pressures added. Everything lined up perfectly.

Everything was so smooth; I was purchasing from out of town and was not able to immediately buy the car I wanted due to scheduling, but they were able to hold it for me until our scheduled date as promised and I was able to get the car of my dreams without any issues. With information provided early, process to drive off was super quick! Thank you so much!
