I spoke to George on the phone regarding the Audi I was interested in seeing. George met us as soon as we arrived at the dealership. We took the car out for a drive with George and liked the car right away. The dealership had changed the oil and spark plugs and two of the tires many miles before the expected maintenance. We agreed on a price of the car and the dealership detailed the car to look like a new one and filled gas tank.. George and Liz assisted me in setting up my Apple phone and explained the many control. I was pleased with the level of service provided by George and the dealership. I'll return to Audi Pasadena if and when I'm the market for another car.

Complicated my down payment way too much. In the purchase of a 2024 Audi SQ5, I submitted a 40k down payment which a month and a half later has neither been applied to my loan account nor been refunded to me, so that I can resubmit the same payment. Sebastian and John were very friendly and helpful; however, I am still waiting for the finance manager to resolve the down payment matter. Had these complications been prevented by the finance manager, my experience with this dealership would have been a very positive one.

Bought a used s5 and when we got home, noticed one of the tires was damaged on the sidewall. Audi Pasadena replaced the tire at no cost which was really appreciated!
