I switched here from a different audi dealer. Taylor’s service is great. He assisted me with my lease buyout and got it done quickly. I also service my car with Christian here. Again, great service as well.

I was dreading the thought of having to buy a car at the dealership but Rick T. really made it easy. I was presented with options but never felt pressured into getting something I didn't want or need. They got me in and out as quickly as they could and all of the staff was friendly and helpful.

We went in with an idea of what we were looking for but unsure of the exact model and trim. Preston was like any Sales Rep we have ever dealt with. He was not only incredibly knowable about Audi. He knew the competition and really got to us and and our needs to help craft that perfect fit. When it came down to making that final decision, Preston was kind enough to give us the space to decide but thoughtfully supportive in the way he guided us through to our decisions. It's was the perfect balance of giving us all the information we needed to make a choice for ourselves. Now a few days out from our purchase we could be happier with new car and the experience with Preston. This guy was the best, we are now proud Audi (to-be returning) customers thanks to Preston.

I was working with 4 other dealers who gave me pricing 30% higher than his. I am very demanding and asking Preston for a lot of different things which he did quickly and without complaining.
