Dealership engaged in boarder line bait and switch

Dealership engaged in boarder line bait and switch tactics. They posted special for a car that was attractive and matched what other dealers in the area were offering. When we went in to claim the special they sat us down and started showing us different numbers that were 10x the amount for the special. The manager claimed the special was a typo and that they would never sell a car for the price (that they listed on their website). The special had terms, cap cost, mileage, total payment… that’s not a typo, that’s an advertised deal. Manager made us feel like we were jerks for coming in for the special listed, and their sympathy/apology was very poor. Didn’t feel our time was respected and there was no remorse for their error.

Christian is the best.

Christian is the best. Highly recommend talking to him. Gave me a rough estimate over the phone & it turned out to be better than all other dealerships. I’ve called about 6 other Audi dealerships and this one earned our business. Plus very family oriented. They remembered my kids the second time I came back. I appreciate the little things. Thanks!

Awful customer service

I purchased new car in the beginning of February, first impression was good, sales representative replied to my email, and I purchased a car the same day. That?s it. After that you are dead for them. It wasn?t possible to get my paperwork emailed, I was calling (btw they don?t have correct phone numbers in the sales representative?s signature), I was texting and emailing to my Sales representative and his manager Vianca. They just ignored me. I would never recommend this dealership. They should at least know what means customer service, but they don?t unfortunately. Audi has something to think about. Also, They?re not going to put effort to get you better conditions as they financial institution - VW.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and accommodating staff. Straight forward and efficient process. Shout out to Christian who took great care of me. It made the 2 hour drive worthwhile. Thanks for making a boys dream come true and welcoming me to the Audi Family!
