I'm never excited to go into a dealership because of my typical experience with them. However, Audi Pasadena was a completely different story. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming without the typical dealership pressure. My sales representative Preston was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping us in our search for a new car.

Bonnie was amazing! She really help make the purchase fast and easy, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Bryan the sales manager made a great deal with us, and the financial manager help us get the best possible insurances for our 2024 Q3, just a little piece of mind! We visited four Audi dealership before making it to Audi Pasadena and hands down best team and experience.

Had a great, seamless experience with Christian! I reached out via website for a few Audi dealerships near me for a 2024 Q4 e-Tron and of course every dealership got back to me with some automated email and constant stream of unhelpful texts. Audi Pasadena were the only ones with the actual car and were very transparent and straightforward with pricing. Christian has great follow up skills and it definitely won him the sale. They even delivered the car to me the day after. Overall, quick and painless process and all happened over just a few text messages! Other dealerships kept trying to get me into the dealership when they didn’t even have the car and were not listening to what I was asking for at all. I was shopping for a used car at Audi and bonnie was a great staff to work with. She is trustworthy and was extremely thorough with the purchase details. She also helped to me to get the best financing as well as insurance rate. I didn’t end up buying the car due to personal situation but I would recommend her to my friends shopping for an Audi!
