Corvette Transmission Triple Flush

Friendly service department with knowledgeable service writer. All personnel helpful and welcoming. Only snag was unexpected overnight stay for our Corvette due to problems with preceeding job senior Corvette mechanic was working on, thus, 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Sales staff showed inventory C8. Priced new factory-order C8. Competitive price quote. Transmission buttery smooth now in both auto and manual modes. Considering ordering new C8 come spring. We recommend Cable Dahmer of Kansas City. Ask for John in service or Noah in sales.

Almost 2 weeks for a tire repair

My appointment was on 9/30 to get a tire repaired, covered under warranty, and my vehicle was not ready to pick up until 10/11. To replace a tire. The service we received was not only crude but extremely untimely. I still do not understand why my partner had to be out of work for over a week without our truck. There must have been a way you could have treated your warranty holding customers better. We were not offered a temporary tire replacement instead of waiting for our custom one to be delivered, we were not offered a loaner vehicle, in fact one manager told us he didn?t have to help us at all. 0/10 we will be cancelling our warranty and never using Cable Dahmer for anything again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I went on-line to look for a Chevy Bolt EUV. Filled out financial information. Someone called from their dealership and made an appointment with me. I showed up. The car, nor my salesperson were there! I drove 45 minutes, took time off from work. DO NOT EVER ATTEMPT TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. Mike Gunter

Repairs

I always take my vehicle to Cable Dahmer because I like the ease of knowing it will fixed correctly and they provide a warranty. I also like the pickup and drop off option they have. I don?t even have to leave my house!!!

On June 30th when valet service dropped off my truck,

On June 30th when valet service dropped off my truck, there was a bump and scratches on the front passenger side and rear passenger side. I advised valet and my service advisor My truck did not have that damage when I dropped it off Monday June 27th. Valet said they did not have any photos time stamped from Monday June 27th when I dropped off the truck. Service advisor Vic advised he would take a look at footage from dropoff. I have not received a response from my reported issues of my truck and very frustrated as I have been very patient with my reoccurring issues with my transmission and wheels & tires vibrating….
