Vehicle stranded me and had to be towed.

Vehicle stranded me and had to be towed. As a long time customer the Service department secured me a loaner knowing it would be a day before they could diagnose. Issue was minor, service was exceptional.

Hands down an amazing dealership!

Hands down an amazing dealership! I was in search of a new truck and jeff Davis was an amazing help! He answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect truck for my needs! Always quick to reply back and so patient with my 101 questions and concerns! Hands down I would recommend Jeff Davis and his crew! I have now found my go to guy and dealership in the KC area!

Sold me a 23 Camaro 2ss with over $1,000 in upgrades that

Sold me a 23 Camaro 2ss with over $1,000 in upgrades that weren’t even on the car, when I noticed they weren’t on there I was blamed for not noticing. It has been over 2 months since I’ve notified him and I was directed to their sales “manager” Jeff Davis. This man is a pure xxxxxxx. Get irritated with me for wanting what I paid for after waiting since November 2023. Has set up 4 different callbacks with me and missed all of them. Since you guys beg for my review every week I will give it. Jeff Davis is garbage at his job and has no business being client facing

I appreciate all the good service from cable-Dahmer. Ian is a good service representative. I already submitted a 5 star review. I left my car there for 4 days before driving it home. I went to clean it out 5 days later and found I had left a purse in the car that I was looking for. It had 3 $25 Cracker Barrel gift cards in it which was missing. Can you please ask if anyone has it to put it somewhere anonymously. I’ve contacted the person who gave us the gift cards who is looking for the receipt to cancel them or find who may have used them.
