I call 2 weeks before to make sure they take are my truck
I call 2 weeks before to make sure they take are my truck and i drop it off Monday morning and he call me Wednesday afternoon to say almost done by and of the day, so I say ok Thursday no buddy call I was ok so I call Friday afternoon 11 am and no buddy answer me I try and try and and finally I talk to someone and they lived a message to him so he call me afternoon to tell me they can’t look a the truck, when I come he was not there he take the day off. so they don’t change oil and never check engine light. Truck seat there from Monday to Friday at5 pm. I never go back and also to buy a Car at cable Damaher.

Customer Service Review for Cable Dahmer Chevrolet (103rd & State Line) I recently visited Cable Dahmer Chevrolet on 103rd and State Line to get my 2018 2500HD serviced, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding customer service provided by Makayla and Ivan. Ivan is usually my go-to guy for all things service-related, but he was off work today. Thankfully, Makayla stepped up and went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time to pull up all of my service records and even located my current warranties, providing me with their end dates. It was a huge relief knowing I can enjoy stress-free vehicle coverage for a while! Makayla also gave me excellent advice on what should be prioritized for service next to prevent potential major issues down the road. She even provided a detailed “quote” printout for those services, which was extremely helpful. Additionally, the service technicians performed a complimentary multi-point inspection on my truck, identifying more areas to address in the future—a great example of the proactive care this dealership provides. Although I live in Gladstone, MO, I gladly make the drive from the Northland to this location because of the exceptional customer service. From purchasing my truck to routine maintenance, the team at Cable Dahmer Chevrolet on 103rd has consistently earned my trust and loyalty. Thank you, Makayla, Ivan, and the entire service team, for your professionalism and dedication to keeping my truck in top condition. You all truly go above and beyond!
