Went to buy/lease a 2014 ford explorer and left with exactly that. Every single question we had David returned with more than just an answer. He was so accommodating to all of our needs. He was also very patient and took us to every car we THOUGHT we wanted. He was honest, helpful, fun and most of all accommodating. Galpin Ford is always advertising, and I got a car there a few years ago, so I went in on Roscoe yesterday. I wanted a Ford Escape SUV and they literally had hundreds of them, colors, moonroofs, engine choices, audio etc. Curtis Cressall spent hours with me going through all the choices, and I got what I wanted (and more). He was very pleasant and didn't pressure me or rush me, and worked a pretty good deal with minimal "I'll have to take that to my manager." That's the right way to buy a car.

I have purchased many cars in my lifetime but never experienced the ease of car shopping like this! My husband and I were in need if a car, any kind of car. We met with Don Rohode and Bob Ware at Galpin Ford. They treated us like family the moment we met. They listened to our concerns, got us the best interest rate, even took a small break to eat with us and within 4 hours time we were driving off in a new 2014 Ford Focus! Who does that!!
