Michael Moses of Galpin Ford made the buying experience fun! Mr. Moses is not your typical salesman and Galpin Ford is not your typical car dealership. After collecting information from Mr. Moses about leasing vs buying and getting prices and quotes, I took the information home to my husband and 4 days later I drove off the lot in a beautiful Ford Fusion. Every one at Galpin was nice! One of the things that impressed me was every employee I talked to has been there for years. Michael Moses, 22 years, Alex in finance, 17 years! That says a lot about the dealership and the people that work there. Galpin Ford was the third dealership I visited. Michael Moses does not pressure, he does not use sleezy sales tactics. Phenomenal overall experience last weekend at Galpin Ford. I had an idea of what I was hoping to accomplish in terms of getting into a new lease. However, I wasn't too excited about going through the typical back and forth hassle of trying to come to terms. My wife and I were helped by Sales & Leasing Specialist Andrew Abarca. he had the perfect approach.......low pressure, yet EXTREMELY knowledgable about my options and the overall process. We agreed on a deal in what I can only describe as the smoothest dealership experience I can ever recall. So appreciative of Andrew and his efforts. We're very happy.

Last night I was in Galpin Ford for trade my 2011 ford edge with 2014 one, and I meet sales man VIC ARAKELIAN & his manager GEORGE, they was very kind and help full to get the deal for new car, and because of that I will recommend my friends to visit the GALPIN Dealer.

My family and I had a great experience at Galpin Ford today. We are excited to be proud owners of a 2014 Explorer XLT. We owned one previously that we purchased at Galpin and we knew we wanted to go back and work with Curtis Cressall again. Curtis is a great guy, very friendly and was sure our needs were met. We appreciate all he did to get us in the car we wanted. Their inventory is spectacular!

From our first contact with Jason Price, the internet specialist, we knew Galpin Ford was the place to go to buy our new car. Jason gave us incentives to get us to the dealership, and our experience was much more than we expected. Jason was there to greet us and connected us with our sales rep, Tony Huelette. Tony listened to what we wanted and didn't want in our car of choice, the Ford Escape. It did not take long for him to find the right one for us. He also put together a leasing package that more than fit our financial needs! Although there was a wait to see the financial specialist, the outdoor lounge area was very comfortable.
