Michael Moses at Galpin Ford Rocks!

All I can say about my experience with Galpin Ford in Van Nuys is AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Michael Moses was the salesperson who got me an amazing deal on a brand new car that I was not expecting to get. As a single female, I went alone and loved the service! I was not pushed or coerced into something I couldn't afford. Michael Moses was patient and very helpful. Awesome Sevice... Beautiful Facilities

My wife and I were referred to call and go see Bob Ware at Galpin Ford of North Hills. I called Bob and shared with him are needs for a new vehicle and what our money situation with the kind of budget we are trying to stay at. He quickly expressed that he was here to help us get into something that was practical for our needs and also something we can get excited about. Just from the phone call, I felt that my wife and I were in good hands. We set our appointment to come in and see Bob and right away we all hit it off as if we were old friends. He broke it down on what Galpin can provide for us as far as financing based on a monthly budget that we were comfortable with paying without creating any kind of financial strain. Bob showed us a few cars with authentic enthusiasm and my wife and I were excited to test drive and ultimately go home with a 2012 Ford Escape. We are so pleased with our new car and with the Exceptional customer service form Bob Ware.

Fantastic Service

My husband had contacted the Galpin Dealership spoke with Curtis Cressalli. He was very helpful in what we had asked for in a new vehicle and more. The vehicle is more than asked for with the same price we wanted to pay out the door. Curtis Cressalli was very courteous, helpful and extremely professional. After the purchased we sat in the vehicle and he showed, programmed the different options and showed us the ins and outs of all the options in and out of the vehicle. I have bought a couple of new vehicles over the years and never have I encountered the professionals of a dealership and a staff person like Curtis Cressalli. I would go back if wanted to purchase another vehicle but I would definitely recommend Curtis Cressalli to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.

Fantastic Service

After a bad experience at another dealership, I went on the internet and found Galpin?s Dealership. I called and spoke with Curtis Cressalli. I explained what vehicle I wanted the make, color, and what I wanted to have included in the vehicle. Curtis Cressalli understood and said he would call me back,; he did in a very timely manner and with the exact price out the door I wanted. My wife and I went to the dealership today; the experience was totally different than the other dealership. This was a pleasant experience and was so professional, courteous and not pushy or money hungry. I will refer everyone that show interest in buy ing a vehicle; it was worth driving close to two hours away.

Very Efficient

I live in Bakersfield, and when it came time for a new car I knew exactly what I wanted, a V-6 Wite Mustang. I didn't even bother with Jim Burke Ford, as I always have a bad experience with them trying to maintain my companies fleet vehicles. So I called up the salesman at Galpin that a friend of mine recommended, Jason Moss. Jason searched through the inventory there, and found a sick mustang! He sent me the pictures, and I was hooked. Unfortunatly, it was a bit out of my price range. When I got to Galpin on the weekend, Jason was able to work with his manager Fred Pezeshki to get a deal that I could afford. I would recomend anyone needing a car to call up Jason or Fred!

Excellent Customer Service

I have found Galpin to be a consistently fine dealership. It's immense size doesn't take away from the quality of service. In fact, it enhances it. All of the Galpin family of dealerships has worked hard for years to build the loyalty and word of mouth if gets... and deserves. We've had two new car purchases (one a lease) in the past six months. Both transactions were extraordinary experiences.
