Galpin Ford was the best dealership I went to through in my car-buying experience. My dealer, Bob Ware, was excellent! He was outgoing and friendly and made the entire buying process seem very low-stress and easy. I would recommend anyone to go check out Galpin Ford for new and used cars. Thanks to the great service from Bob Ware, I ended up purchasing my first car from Galpin and am extremely happy with the deal that I got and my decision to buy from here!

Went in and met with David Rodgers on the Internet Sales team after picking out a new C-Max online. David got us a great deal, gave us a pretty in-depth review of how to use Sync, and had a great attitude the entire time. Ruth was in finance and she made sure to answer all of our questions and get us what we needed without feeling pressured.

I went to Galpin Ford where I bought my last truck F 250 in 2002. I was shopping to buy a newer model F 150 and Curtis Cressall got me into brand new model with all the horns and whistles. I went in, I met Micheal Moses, he showed me a few cars, gave me prices, etc. I am not one to negotiate and I told him this, I asked him to give me his best price only once. I took the information home to my husband and four days later I return to Galpin and bought a car from Micheal. Michael NEVER pressured me, NEVER tried to intimidate me, NEVER tried to guilt me, he NEVER played any head games on me like most salesmen would do. I left with a beautiful, red 2011 Ford Fusion! The price was below Kelley Blue Book and I financed with zero interest rate. I will never go to another dealership, I will only return Galpin Ford and Michael Moses!
