Great customer service
I went to Galpin today because my lease was up on my ford edge. I made an appointment with Michael Moses since he sold me my first car. Prior to dealing with Michael I dreaded the car buying experience. He is the most helpful and genuine salesmen to date! I also got the pleasure of meeting his son Josh who helped with my car as well and even bought me lunch!! If your in the market for buying a car he's your guy! After my second experience with him and this dealership i can't see me going anywhere else! Everyone there is super helpful and quick! I was in and out in 2 hours!

I cannot express enough how amazing my experience was here. The customer service is beyond amazing. I am a first time car buyer, and they truly made me feel like I was in safe, excellent hands. I requested further information online, and received a call the next day, first thing morning, from Gary. He was informative, and helpful. He gathered my information and transferred me over to his manager Blake. Blake contacted me the same day and helped me thoroughly. He was kind, very professional, and informative. After getting an approval, we set up a time the same day for me to stop by the dealership and have Tara help me out. My experience with Tara was the highlight of that day! Let me just start by saying she is the coolest car saleswomen I have ever met. She is super nice, and professional She was beyond helpful, and wonderful. She helped me find the perfect car, and made my car buying process so smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend her for all car needs. She'll make sure you get the car that is perfect for you. Customer Service at Galpin Ford
Over the years I have watched Galpin Ford grow from a small dealership on San Fernando Rd to the large dealership they have become, Galpin has not lost sight of one on one customer service, and the value each customer brings to the dealership. Blake Johnson the Internet Manager understood what I was looking for in a vehicle, with very little information to work with he picked out the vehicle and worked the deal to meet my needs. When I arrived at Galpin I was introduced to Tara, she walked me through and kept me informed of all aspects of purchasing my vehicle. Great buying experience!
I don't know anyone who loves buying a car. From walking onto the lot, to being zeroed in on by a salesman, to having to haggle and negotiate a deal. I was expecting nothing less when I went to Galpin to buy a much needed new Explorer, but instead what we found was a pleasant surprise. We were set up with sales man Jack Wallace. He wasn't your typical sales man. He was young, upbeat, and the guy literally ran everywhere. While we searched the lot for the car I wanted he shared with us a little about himself and how he came to be a salesman at Galpin. He was also very knowledgable about the vehicles we were looking into. Even when it came down to negotiating a deal, he remained friendly, professional and honest. It was extremely refreshing and really made our car buying experience a positive one. Jack is a great person, and salesman, I'm sure though he'll be finding himself in a management position sooner rather than later with his personality, customer service philosophies and his ability to outshine the rest.

Best Dealership Experience
I walked into Galpin and was wowed at how clean and organized the business was. I was helped out by Michael Moses and told him exactly what i wanted which was a 2015 mazda 6 in grey. 2 and a half hours later i was on the 405 freeway heading home in it. He displayed great customer service along with the rest of the team at Galpin. I couldn't have asked for a better experience
