quick and easy

I came in to find a used car with good mileage but not too many miles and Jack Wallace got me in and out without any hassle. He didn't push me into upgrading. It was my first time buying a car and had no clue what I was doing and he seemed very at ease guiding me through the process. All in all, I'll be back to Galpin Ford when it comes time to get my next car.

Leased a new car

Great experience and customer service. Ahmad really cared about providing great customer service and was very knowledgable about all the cars. He was very accessible and was always available to call if I had any questions. Even after I got the car he called to check in and make sure I liked the Fusion and to see if I had any questions. He was a great salesman and helped us to get the best deal possible!

Just awesome

My visit to Galpin Ford today was the first time I'd ever gone to a dealership, so I was very nervous. Soon after Austin greeted me, my nerves were put at ease. He was a cool, easy-going dude and we chatted casually as he showed me different cars and told me about them. I was most interested in a Ford Focus, and after taking one for a test drive, decided that was the car I wanted. He then took us back to his office where we went through some details about financing and eventually it was all set - he then brought me over to Jim in finance, who went over all the paperwork and that sort of stuff with me. Jim was also an awesome guy, we talked while going over everything and it was obvious that I wasn't being pressured into anything, it was all easy-going and comfortable. Also, while we were waiting for my insurance company to fax over proof of insurance, we were given a free lunch at the Horseless Carriage, which was very nice and the food was great! Eventually we got everything taken care of and I drove off the lot in my new car. This was a great experience that could not have gone better. Thanks guys!

2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid

On Saturday July 12, 2014, I went to Galpin to get service on my 2011 Ford Fiesta. That evening I ended up leaving with a new 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid SEL. I want to thank Steve Smith and his Manager Tim for helping me get an amazing deal. Sam and Jim from financing were also great individuals. Steve from the leasing department, who was in finance for 19 years, is also an excellent individual. Thanks to all of you for your professionalism and outstanding work. It is people like these individuals that help Galpin be the number one Ford dealer in the world. I forgot to mention, the Galpin owners are also great people as well. I know Galpin will continue to be successful.
