From the very beginning of our truck search, and it was very extensive, Galpin Ford was very responsive and thorough in their follow-up to all my inquiries. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our sales person was William Tejada, and he was absolutely wonderful to deal with! He was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the truck (Ford Maverick) and resourceful in getting me the price I was looking for. He became as much a friend as a sales person, and he represented Galpin in the very best light. He conveyed a very genuine desire to make sure we were receiving everything we wanted and would be able to go away feeling very happy with our decision.The entire experience was terrific!

aloha: as an out state purchase this was extremely complicated to navigate through the cali laws ( i.e; down payment, taxes, insurance, residency -- real developed the trust and walked me through the entire deal. This is a hard time to get auto and home loans as working class individuals with moderate to good credit and it took ridiculously inzane hoops to get it together which we worked on over a month this is the point we did it and real was kind and honorable i am in shock how expensive vehicles are and how punitively high interest rates are but this is the economy it is and when you need a vehicle you are not able to pick the time and place so i am appreciative to deal with people that are honorable
