Absolutely 100 percent disappointed.

Absolutely 100 percent disappointed. I found the truck on their website for $73 but once I set up an appointment to drive two hours to see the truck they took the truck off their website, red flag. I thought that was weird but I kept on driving. I get there and the price went from $73 to $153 and they said we can work on that price…I couldn’t believe my ears. I told them that the website said $73, they then told me that they don’t know where I got that price from, as if I made it up. They denied the website price until I was able to provided a screen shot photo of the truck showing the $73 price, man am I glad I took that snap shot. They basically presented a price and changed it when I got there. Absolutely shady, I would never buy from these people. Oh yeah once I provided the photo they stopped talking to me. SHADY SHADY SHADY

Don Rohde is the best person I have ever bought a car

Don Rohde was the best to work with at Galpin Ford. He helped us get the exact 2024 Hot Chili Pepper Red Maverick hybrid. He is very easy going, honest, and let us make all of our decisions without trying to just get us to spend more money. Thanks again Don!

My name is Cristian Escoto and I would like to share my

My name is Cristian Escoto and I would like to share my experience with Galpin Ford. I have bought three trucks from this dealer and all three have become faulty after I bring them for the first oil change. It has been the same story. I pull out of the dealer and drive the truck for a couple of months, no problems. I get a call from the dealer that the first oil change is due. I bring it. I drive off and 'check engine' light comes on a few days after. That's where the experience gets worse with customer service not answering calls, truck staying there for weeks without an update and I don't hear anything until I make many attempts. I'm told nothing is wrong but, unfortunately, the fix is not permanent and 'check engine' light comes back. I would like to speak to the owner of this dealership to help fix this last truck I bought as I had to tow it last night and I'm just not getting professionalism from employees.
