Thank you so much to Aaron at Twin Pines Ford for all of your help today securing our new Hyundai Santa Fe. We drove three and a half hours to see this car after another dealership selling the car we were there to buy our from under us while we were sitting in the lobby at our appointment to buy the car (true story, we cannot make this up). We were horrified. Needless to say, we were weary and nervous that the same situation would happen again and absolutely did not want to go through that twice in two days. My husband called Aaron at 9 AM and told him we wanted to see the car, gave him a short version of what we just went through, and Aaron sprang into action. He pulled the keys for the car and held them until our appointment time so we were able to avoid what had happened to us yesterday (something the other dealership said wasn’t allowed), giving us major peace of mind while we drove three and a half hours. The process was seamless- we had completed credit apps before we arrived, he had the car ready and shining for us when we got there, and was communicative, knowledgeable, and professional. Then we went over to Alex in financing who was just as great! He explained all of our options, laughed and joked with us the entire time, and made sure we understood what we were signing up for. The car was fairly priced based on market value, spotless, and our whole family loves it. Needless to say, you cannot go wrong with Twin Pines Ford. Thank you Aaron and Alex!

The prices listed by this dealership are all great price on Cars.com because they reduce the price on their listing by $1,000 or $2,000 and add a disclaimer in their conditions "Price includes a Guaranteed Minimum Trade of $1,000." This is completely misleading. If someone is buying a vehicle without a trade-in the price will be $1,000 more that listed here. This dealership should not be allowed to list their vehicles with incorrect prices on Cars.com.
