Pretty good experience at this dealership. They are a very large dealership. The service person was very pleasant. No haggle pricing though so the price on the internet is what it is. Got a good deal and the owner was very nice.

Our salesman was ok. Awkwardly he didn’t know very much about the FORD F-150 (it’s a Ford Dealership!) we were purchasing. They do business just like CarMax, they don’t accept deposits. So it turns into a high pressure situation. Either buy it right now or risk losing it. We also had to wait an agonizing hour to sit with a finance guy which was a total waste of everyone’s time. They play dirty pool. I already had my financing from my credit union but they insist you use there banks and ask what rate you have and vow to beat it. I don’t do business that way, very shady. I do not recommend this dealership, in the future I will only deal with private sales.

The treatment we received from the moment we stepped though the door was nothing but wonderful. No high pressure, treated with respect and care. Our salesman Seth was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Next time we need a new car, Twin Pine Ford will be our first stop for sure.
