I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. They advertise a “Ford discount price” for their electric cars, but it turns out this is actually the federal rebate, not a Ford discount. This is a clear case of misrepresentation. I went in with a check in hand, ready to buy a car at their advertised price, only to find out it was actually $4,000 more. They refused to honor their advertised “no haggle price.” Even after speaking with the owner and requesting that they change the misleading price information, he refused. If they are willing to mislead customers about pricing, I wouldn’t trust them with anything else. I would strongly advise staying away from this dealership.
