I had a great experience. I found used car shopping quite frustrating but Aaron and the other staff at Twin Pine made the process easy. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Thanks for everything!

Never again. It’s just an assembly line. They just don’t care. Was there for 6 hours. Kept getting bumped. Had to keep pushing them. Called 4 times in 4 days no call back. Had to ask for a manager which they don’t have other than department managers. Finally got through and got every excuse in the book but he wasn’t making any excuses. Just wanted to get me off the phone.

I give Twin Pine 5 stars for service. Seth and Dan were kind and understanding as they tried to meet our needs.

This dealership was great! They walked me through the whole process, they were very trustworthy and professional. Reid and Hunter were very nice and clarified any questions I had. The whole experience was very positive.

I was trying to help my daughter look for a used Pathfinder. I dealt with Justin Conway. He was great! He was kind, nice and funny. He wasn’t pushy at all. My daughter and son-in-law liked him too. It couldn’t have been a better experience.
