No customer service at all! Walked around lot for a while not 1 sales person came out to inquire what we were looking to purchase, Yes, we didn't drive over an hour and a half to kick some tires. No one except the receptionist spoke to us when we went inside the dealership. There were at least 10 people sporting the company shirts in the sales center. Customer service is definitely not something they can boost about.

AUTUMN C - Welcoming, Courteous, Professional and No Pressure! As much as was eager to buy a new truck I was dreading having to deal with the sales person that hypes everything up, tries to make a sell ant all cost and can’t take no for an answer. I decided to go to Twin Pine Ford and bypass all the local dealerships because the truck they had checked one box on my list more than the local dealers. I didn’t reach out to them in advance and we were connected with Autumn to be our salesperson. Right from the start Autumn was very welcoming, courteous and professional. She set out to understand what I was looking for so I informed her of the 2 trucks that I was interested in. She collected the keys and we walked out to the lot and she left us start them walk around and do our full inspection while she went off to the side and left us comfortably examine the trucks. I basically narrowed my decision to one and she brought the truck around for us to test drive. My wife and I drove the truck around and liked it so we bought it. Autumn was very thorough showing us there was no outstanding recall and the history of the truck. At no time was there any sales experience that I was so much not looking forward to. There was zero pressure to make a decision to buy a vehicle. I would highly recommend that you visit Twin Pine Ford if they have something you’re looking for or even if you’re just not sure what you’re looking for and if you do ask for Autumn!!!

Twin Pine Ford was probably the most honest and easiest car dealer we have ever done business with. After searching and having a few bad experiences with other dealers, we found the exact truck we were looking for online at Twin Pine Ford, which is a couple of hours from us. We gave a call on a Friday at about 2pm and spoke with Kevin B., one of the new car salesmen. Kevin was knowledgeable and very informative. By 5pm, same day, we had emailed information back and forth and were set to pick up the vehicle on Monday. We arrived Monday morning and Kevin had everything ready and was extremely helpful in giving us an overview of the truck and setting up various apps and phone. Everyone we encountered was great. It really was a wonderful car purchase experience!
