It was horrible to have to wait 2 hours to get an oil

It was horrible to have to wait 2 hours to get an oil change!! If they are that busy, then they need to start scheduling the appointments further apart!! Also, there was no shuttle so we had to sit there for the entire time!!

This is the same response I've previously receive and still have not received a call back after I left a message!! They are not responsive to a voicemail at all!! This is the WORST Chevy dealership I've ever had to deal with!!

Was told it would be a 2 hour wait; turned out to be

Was told it would be a 2 hour wait; turned out to be approximatel 2 hours and 45 min due to having to order the part: which was ok with me. But after 2 hrs and 30 min; I ask someone to check on my car. He came back with information regarding some else's car. I said I only brought it in for windshield wiper recall. He rechecked and said it was about ready.

Dind not acknowledge me as a customer when I was waiting

Dind not acknowledge me as a customer when I was waiting patiently outside the booth for my scheduled appointment until I started asking for help and then when I did find the sales representative the service that was done to the vehicle put me in a bad situation!!!!!!!!!

Customer Service was great.

Customer Service was great...speed and accuracy were important...we waited for car...only bad thing was dirty paper and plastic were still in front seat :(

I only take my car in to get serviced at this location. The staff is always fast and friendly. This is the first time i did something other than routine car maintenance and everything went smoothly.

Johnny Ribeiro provided EXCELLENT customer service. He gave me frequent updates, clear explanations, and answered all my questions. I normally have great service here at AutoNation of Mesa at Superstition Springs. The only real problem I have is the quality of my vehicle, the 2018 Chevy Malibu. . I have taken it in three times for the same issue...a malfunction with the on screen display and gear shift mechanism. I turn off the car, place it into park, and the on screen display says "Please Shift to Park". Sounds like a simple fix right? Nope! Another $500 down the drain. Seems like a scam only to get customers to come in every few years. On a side note my wife owns a 2013 Chevy Sonic that we NEVER have to take into the shop. She drives much further to work (15 miles to my 4 miles)...my car is much newer. We both are safe drivers but I am still paying hundreds of dollars for what seems to be simple repair on the computer screen. PLEASE ADDRESS THE ON SCREEN DISPLAY ISSUE AS IT RELATES TO THE GEAR SHIFTER...IT IS GETTING VERY ANNOYING HAVING TO PAY $500 FOR SOMETHING SO SIMPLE.

Thomas kept me informed and although he could not get the warrenty program to cover my repairs he tryed his best and but in a lot of time on my behalf
