2022 Chevrolet Silverado Warranty Work

Had a warranty issue with battery not holding a charge. Mike got me in and out same day without an appointment. Appreciated the VIP treatment.

The service consultant makes the difference.

The service consultant makes the difference. I have had bad experiences at this dealership with different consultants. Robert Adams and Donald Murphy are the only reasons I keep coming back to this dealership. The only issue this trip was I received conflicting feedback on my tires. My consultant said they were measuring at a 4 and still had a lot of life left, but as I was leaving another gentleman said that my tires need to be replaced asap! Had me get out and look at them. Now I have to go find a third opinion.

Service Dept

First time serviced at Autonation-Mesa. Arrived and met Service Advisor Brooklyn, who explained the process there and asked if I needed anything else done. She then lead me to lounge where there was free WI-FI coffee and water. I was updated on the service and was sent pictures of things that should be done for my safety and the safety of my vehicle. When finished, Brooklyn had explained everything to me and when I asked if they could wash my truck; she let me know that it?s already done. Great service and down to Earth advisors. Will come back again and inform my family and friends that if they need service done on their Chevy?s; this is the place to go!
