I had a dead battery emergency at my home.

I had a dead battery emergency at my home. The battery had been installed 49 months ago by AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa. AAA jump-started the car and I drove it to Autonation. Mike (Door 2) received me, checked me in and replaced the battery in about an hour. Every aspect of the service was excellent, including the coffee and popcorn in the waiting room, the car wash, and the price for a battery with a 40-month guarantee.

I met with Justin Matusow, Sales Associate and found him to be a very knowledgeable friendly and honest person. After working with Justin and Judy Murphy, Office Manager, I was able to get a very good deal on a new 2023 Chevy Colorado Z71.I have purchased a lot of vehicals from many dealers and I feel these two individuals have rated the best.of the all of them.. Great, except the drop off process.

Great, except the drop off process. Nothing in any email communications prior to service indicated exactly where to drop/park your vehicle. After asking a technician where we should park and who to leave the keys with, we were asked, “who was our advisor”. Well, if the email would have told me, I could have told them. This is a problem with their service department.
