This was the worst experience ever.
This was the worst experience ever. They didn’t provide shuttle as promised and failed to effectively communicate. The service tech actually filled out the survey positively and tried to force me to sign it. Will not go here ever again.

Dropped my car off on Monday, and Tuesday and received a
Dropped my car off on Monday, and Tuesday and received a call letting me know what was wrong. It will take a week to get the part so they sent the courtesy shuttle to my house to pick the car up. I will take it back in next week to have the part installed.

Brought my car in for service, Michael Riley was my service writer, I was of course 30 minutes late for my appointment Mr Riley's customer service skills were excellent! Michael was upbeat, helpful and made me feel like this particular Chevy dealership actually appreciated my business. I was able to meet the general manager Shane Wolfe who obviously knows the value of repeat and referral business. I never write reviews but outstanding customer service should be recognized and unfortunately in today's business world it's the exception not the rule. Thanks superstition springs Chevy.
