Truck buying experience

Was a great buying experience ..The facility was amazing. We didn't feel pressured. The salesman and the general manager were very very respectful and knew what they are doing. They were quick and thorough the whole buying process..

Mike in service was great.

Mike in service was great. He got my Camaro in and replaced all her original emblems with blacked out emblems. I love Fireballs new look!

Vincent Anselmo was a disappointment.

Vincent Anselmo was a disappointment. When we met him, he acted friendly, caring. However, two days later I was told that my Credit Union would not be the financial co. that would fund my loan, he called me and told me the reason why and that he would send me the paperwork right the way. I call him back every day after that, even went to the dealership and I was told he would call me back the next day, but he didn't. So, I whole week and a half went buy and he didn't call me back until I told the salesman that I would contact the general manager. Until then, he call me back in a very rude tone and said he didn't understand me. Bottom line, he makes no effort to contact me in person and I told him, that if he didn't get my financial done then I want to do it through my CU with their car care package. After waiting for a week and not hearing from him, I went to see the finance director of autonation Chevrolet and they were all in meetings then after 30 mins. I was told to they were going to be in another meeting and to wait there. However, I left and told an officer I would ask them to call me back. I never got a call back. On Saturday and Sunday And today Monday I called and left message even for Juan Bermudez and nobody is calling back. Two weeks later I called the salesman and he told me that my finance was okay, and I didn't have to worry anymore. Yet, nobody told me who may financial company is. A month after I purchased the vehicle, I still have no information on what is going on with my financing. The whole finance department never called me back and never cared. Don't go there.
