Without an appointment, I pulled into the service area requesting a routine 6 month oil change and tire rotation. I was acknowledged almost immediately, my information processed and told, with apologies, it would be about an hour and five minutes because they were a tad busy. No problem. Went to the customer waiting area, paged through a couple magazines and about 50 minutes later heard my name called on the service speaker. Done, washed and vacuumed! Service was great, service advisor very informative and personable. I apologize for not getting his name, but the gentleman who cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle earned my thanks and appreciation. He’s always in a good mood with a great smile and because of his people skills and uplifting personality, I leave there with a smile on my face along with a well serviced vehicle. Please pass my compliments to this beautiful soul. Thank you

all three persons I worked with were very educational in their relationship with a customer from the financing of the vehicle to the mechanics of the vehicle.

Have not bought many cars and staff was patient with my questions. Knew I was with out a vehicle and did all they could to help me get on the road.

Hamilton always takes my vehicle on time and is prompt on the service. They explain what was done and what I might need in the upcoming appointment. They always ask if I have any questions and are very courteous.

As always, fast, friendly service. Was told of needed service, but declined due to possible trade in. Was not pushed to complete service, much appreciated.
