Hamilton's Service Department makes vehicle maintenance absolutely hassle free! I was able to schedule my service appointment online and also had the ability to add a note that my Rogue was due for a major mileage service in addition to the normal oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived for my appointment, Levi greeted me by name and asked how my car had been running and if I had any concerns or issues that I would like for them to check out. He also took the time to explain all the services I was due for and make sure that I wanted those services performed at that time. The wait time was far less than expected; approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from start to finish. Once my car was done, we reviewed the services performed and the multi-point checklist. Levi let me know that my tires were good and still had good amount of tread life left as well as the fact that my back window wiper had a small tear beginning. It is professional,personal and excellent service like this that keeps me coming back to Hamilton's for all my cars and services.

I was able to purchase a band new 2019 Nissan Versa. My first new vehicle the process was easy and service was amazing! Thank you!

I was there before my appointed time and was taken immediately. Staff was polite, efficient and personable. I asked to have front section of car vacuumed and it was taken care of.

The people in the service dept are very kind and efficient.... very nice waiting room as well. This was my first visit there I had an oil change and tire rotation .. I assume they did those things well. The reason I assume so is because I asked for my car to be washed (which I was told when I purchased the car was a doable request) I was assured it wasn’t a problem and they even offered to vacuum the driver side 😊 very nice! I hopped in my car without hesitation very thankful .... when I met my husband for dinner he commented that my car needed to be washed 😳 I said they just washed it ... to which he laughed and showed me the front and back end of my car which had not been touched ... and then I looked in to see if it had been vacuumed and it in fact had been overlooked as well. Needless to say I was a little disappointed with my first visit there 🤷🏼???

Great people, and great service. Comfortable atmosphere, also very guick service. The did an awesome job. I am very pleased with their service. I will be back again.

Don and Gina were very helpful. Don helped us with our service call and provided us detailed information on what needed to be done. The waiting lounge is superb and very relaxing.

Good service. I would tell other people to come here. Everyone very friendly . enjoyed the snacks . Everyone took all the time I needed when asking questions.
